Modular construction, without the compromises.

Every Summit Path Ridge module is built in a controlled factory environment, then delivered and assembled on your site. The result is a home that meets the same building codes as traditional construction — with tighter tolerances, less waste, and a fraction of the wait.

Why Summit Path Ridge

Built for the way people actually live

Modular by design

Configurable units combine into one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, so the same structural system can support a first home, a growing household, or a small rental community. Interior walls, kitchen runs, and service cores are planned before fabrication, making future changes easier to price and execute.

Fast delivery

Factory fabrication runs in parallel with site preparation, cutting total build time by up to 60% on suitable sites. While crews prepare foundations and utility connections, our production team is already installing insulation, cabinetry, and finishes under cover.

Certified quality

Every module is checked at framing, rough-in, finish, and pre-dispatch stages, with inspection records attached to the project file. That repeatable sequence catches alignment, moisture, and fit issues before a crane ever arrives at your site.

Full customization

Choose from durable flooring, compact kitchen packages, window proportions, cladding, and facade colors, then adjust the plan around your daily routines. Our designers turn those choices into a coordinated set of drawings rather than leaving you to reconcile separate suppliers.

Lower footprint

Cut lists and repeatable fabrication reduce offcuts, packaging, and weather-damaged materials, while shorter site work limits noise and traffic for neighbors. We also plan insulation, glazing, and efficient service runs together so lower operating costs are part of the design brief.

Transparent pricing

Our proposals separate the home, transport, crane, site works, and allowances so you can see exactly what is included. Once the scope is approved, we manage design decisions through documented change orders instead of letting small selections quietly move the budget.

From first call to first night home

Consult

Bring your address, site photos, household needs, and a working budget to a 45-minute consultation. We review access, slope, utilities, and local planning constraints before recommending a realistic model and delivery window.

Design

Your project manager coordinates the layout, kitchen and bathroom package, facade, energy targets, and permit drawings in one decision schedule. You receive a clear approval set before fabrication begins, with the cost impact of every requested change shown in writing.

Build

In the factory, teams install the frame, services, insulation, cabinetry, and finishes under repeatable conditions. At the same time, our site crew completes the foundation, drainage, access route, and utility connections so two workstreams converge on delivery day.

Move in

A certified crew sets and joins the modules, completes final connections, and checks doors, windows, plumbing, and electrical systems. We walk the finished home with you, hand over maintenance records, and remain available through the first-year aftercare period.

Models

Every model is available as-shown or fully customized to your site and household.

The Nishi tiny home
Tiny home

The Nishi

A single-module tiny home with a compact kitchen, sleeping loft, and covered deck. The 24.6㎡ plan keeps circulation short and storage built in, making it practical as a weekend retreat, rental, or low-maintenance first home. Optional winterization and a wider entry package suit colder sites.

The Kanda prefab home
Prefab

The Kanda

A two-module, two-bedroom prefab home planned for compact urban lots and narrow access roads. The 54.2㎡ layout gives the living room a proper dining zone while keeping bedrooms quiet at the rear. Choose a flat-roof or pitched-roof exterior and add a covered bicycle store at the entry.

The Yamanashi family home
Family

The Yamanashi

A three-module, four-bedroom family home with an open-plan living area, a separate utility room, and generous storage at the circulation core. Its 96.8㎡ footprint supports everyday family life without wasting space on oversized halls. Add a study nook, mudroom, or accessible ground-floor bedroom during design development.

The Studio custom unit
Custom

The Studio

A flexible single-module studio for a guest suite, home office, artist workspace, or rental unit. The 18.2㎡ plan places a bathroom and kitchenette along one service wall so the main room can change purpose over time. Exterior access and acoustic upgrades make it a considerate addition to an occupied property.
